QCMP would like to pass some very sad news to our racing community. Vivian Mossey passed away this morning. Please send all of your thoughts and prayers to the family.
WHAT A SAD DAY OUR CONDOLENCES GO OUT TO THE MOSSEY FAMILY. FROM TIM AND PATTY HOFFMANN
Mike McCormick
The local drag racing community is so fortunate that Dick & Vivian Mossey decided sixty years ago to pursue their adventure. Still thriving after all of those years. To this day numerous racers have raised countless generations of their family there since it began. Although sadly missed but never forgotten , the Mosseys will always be remembered as the husband & wife who first opened “Quaker City Dragway”. How cool is that for a legacy . Please accept my condolences to their family, Mike McCormick & Family.
